- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is usually a flat rate depending upon the amount of time I believe it will take to either manage or complete a project. For larger scale projects, I am willing to set up payment arrangements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer about their needs and goals which is usually in the form of an initial consultation. I will then be able to put together a plan that will best serve the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 8 years of combined experience in digital marketing, web and software design. I also have experience working in sales. I am certified in Google AdWords as well.
