The only things I can review are responsiveness & punctuality. We did not utilize for repair bc it was too costly. They responded immediately and also was able to add me to the schedule instantly. However, as mentioned, the repair was too costly. Not only did he attempt to charge me a service charge of $85 even though the site clearly stated it was a free service call, but to change out the capacitor was quoted at $385. I understand you have to charge your value but $385 for a part that’s less than $30 and took my husband less than 10 min to replace. Would I recommend to others…yes, but economically it wasn’t feasible for us.

On a Friday evening, we noticed water pouring from a pipe by our front door. With temperatures over 100 for days, our air conditioner would not cool the house more than 77°.
First thing Saturday morning, we searched reviews & found Alamo air systems. We filled out the form & within an hour, Dave contacted us and scheduled an appointment the same day. They sent one of their technicians out by 11:30 that morning. They were so professional & nice! The technician advised us that our main condensation pipe was clogged and needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it out, removed the overflow of water by the air conditioner unit, and went outside to check the fan & other parts of the air conditioner. He also filled our air conditioner with refrigerant and made sure everything else looked good.
They are honest & offer reasonable prices. We haven't had any problems since!
We definitely recommend Alamo air systems!
