On a Friday evening, we noticed water pouring from a pipe by our front door. With temperatures over 100 for days, our air conditioner would not cool the house more than 77°.
First thing Saturday morning, we searched reviews & found Alamo air systems. We filled out the form & within an hour, Dave contacted us and scheduled an appointment the same day. They sent one of their technicians out by 11:30 that morning. They were so professional & nice! The technician advised us that our main condensation pipe was clogged and needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it out, removed the overflow of water by the air conditioner unit, and went outside to check the fan & other parts of the air conditioner. He also filled our air conditioner with refrigerant and made sure everything else looked good.
They are honest & offer reasonable prices. We haven't had any problems since!
We definitely recommend Alamo air systems!

I've had multiple companies come to my home to find a solution to my cooling problem, and each one of them wanted to do 5k to 25k dollars worth of work. I was told my freon levels were good, my coils were dirty but didn't need cleaning, and my capacitor was low on voltage and would die soon.
Alamo Air Systems comes to my house, puts in 3lbs of freon, cleans my coils, and blows out my drain pipe. Everything is working as it should now, and my home is cooling the way it should.
I will definitely do business with them again.

I highly recommend Alamo Air Systems for all of your AC needs. They returned my call within 5 minutes of receiving my Quote request, once we agreed upon time for their technicians to come to my house to diagnose the issue and solution to the problem they went to work very quickly and my AC unit operating perfectly. They were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable regarding their job skills.
I will definitely use them again as my preferred vendor in the future.

Had my AC go out and could not be more happy with how quick and awesome Alamo Air Systems was! They reached out to me within 10 mins of my request, and were willing to come out that evening (it was around 6pm on a Friday.) I couldn’t have them out at that time so they came first thing the following morning (Saturday at 9.) They inspected and gave me options. We decided to do a full replacement which was extremely affordable. They installed a few days later (would’ve been Tuesday but because of my schedule we had to go with Friday) and were courteous and hard-working. The whole time they were communicative, reassuring and just genuinely good people. Thank you to the gents at Alamo Air Systems. I highly recommend them, especially for new home owners like myself. It’s rare to find a company that is honest and has their customers best interest at heart.
