Mr. Mejia was thorough, personable and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Charges were high per internet's national averages. Mixup with appt. Thumbtack kept reminding us of appt but Champion had cancelled because we didn't respond to phone call shown as Spam on my phone and not from a local number

Worked with Marcus to switch out some bad switches. Super easy to work with. The best part was that he was a great communicator. The first company that came out wanted to charge a ton but couldn’t seem to communicate the why and how of what he was proposing. Meeting with Marcus was like night and day difference. He did it well, quickly, and our issues were solved.
