Cosmin was friendly and professional. After giving me a competitive estimate, he called three days later to give me an additional 5% military discount and threw in a 10 Year labor warranty. I advised him that I had received 7 estimates already and I'm sure that had an impact on the final estimate he gave me. I was very fortunate to have the blower stop working on my Single Stage 15 seer Trane heat pump in the OFF season (late January 2026). After 20.5 years of faithful service, I only had to replace a capacitor on this Trane prior to the blower motor dying. The price to replace the blower motor was $1,400 and this caused me to shop around for a different brand. After much research, I decided that Carrier's 23 seer Infinity was the heat pump for me. It took Cosmin's crew 3 days or 35 man hours to install this state-of-the-art heat pump, due to a tight closet installation. His crew installed 3/4 inch plyboard on top of the existing particle board platform and did extensive work in my attic since this unit was much taller than the old Trane. I have had no problems whatsoever in the 5 weeks since the install. I highly recommend the Comfort Reigns Group if you are in the market for a high-quality heat pump.

Excellent experience with Comfort Reigns Group! Cosmin went above and beyond to repair my HVAC system such that everything looks brand new! His rate was extremely fair too; highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!
Technicians did a very thorough inspection of my a/c system including photos of potential problem areas and duct work in attic. Quote was provided with data from system analysis. After discussion of data and what it meant, work started with least expensive option first. It worked and system is putting out cold air again, so didn't have to take further more expensive steps. Highly recommend them.

Comfort Reigns was the ONLY Company that was able to get to me quickly I called 8 providers and only They were able to get to me quickly and fix my issue,
Not only that he diagnosed the problem quickly and did not upsell me on a bunch of expensive fixes which was a relief since normally other techs shock you with a huge invoice after fixing a small problem and waiting until the A/C cooled a bit to make sure it worked properly

After sweating overnight in 95-100 degree home, i contacted Cosmin the owner of Comfort Reigns Group the next morning. He responded RIGHT AWAY...came over got down to the issue(s) with my thermostat and airconditioning unit. Cosmin has over 30 yrs of service and KNOWS WHAT HE DOING!!! HE IS THE MAN!!!!
