I received text when Andres was on his way and when he arrived. He was very courteous and professional. He told me what he was going to do and then gave me recommendations. I only needed a check up and maintenance.
I’m always a little skeptical to have somebody new come over to my home. I don’t know if they’re being honest or if they want to make a sale. Andres is honest. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I have found my new HVAC person!!!

Jo and Andres were amazing to work with. My original company the one that installed my AC system just three years ago provided poor customer service and tried to charge an outrageous labor fee, even though the part was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As a local customer who has also invested in yearly maintenance plans, this was extremely frustrating.
Jo took the time to listen to my situation, provided a fair estimate, and even waived their diagnostic service fee. When Andres arrived, he was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and took the time to educate us on what was actually going on.
I wasn’t just looking for a fair price I wanted professionalism and a better customer experience, and that’s exactly what I received. While I’m not thrilled to have dealt with this issue, their team made the process much more manageable.
I’ll definitely be doing business with Apollo again in the future.

The gentlemen at Apollo Air do great work! They offer their professional opinion and do their best to meet your needs. I had AC and plumbing issues that they took care of in less than 3 hours. I’ll go to them again for future jobs.
Destin, was great! I was a bit apprehensive of finding a new company to service my HVAC. It could be difficult finding a company that is trustworthy and not just trying to make a sale.
Destin, was very professional. He was very thorough. He advised me of what my HVAC needed without being so dramatic or pushy.
I’ve found my new maintenance team.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud to offer discounts for military (Active/Retired), First responders, teachers, senior citizens, and church parishioners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted, we will gather some basic information from you, and book your service with us. Our customers receive communication, from the very beginning, including appointment times, on my way texts, and job completion invoices as well as technician surveys.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apollo Air’s technicians are all masters of their craft. That means, we go a step further with our hiring process and only employ NATE certified technicians and installers. Each one of our professionals have been trained, and certified at the highest level of their profession, and are proud to be apart of the top 5% in the nation.
