I recently had AC problems and contacted Lago Services Heating and Cooling for help. Even on cooler Texas days, my house easily reaches 80 degrees when the AC goes out, and sleeping at night becomes miserable. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief.
Red arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC unit. I’ve dealt with similar air conditioning problems in the past that ended up costing me over $1,500, so I was honestly expecting another expensive repair. Instead, Red was transparent about the issue, completed the AC repair efficiently, serviced the unit properly, and explained what maintenance or future servicing the system may need down the road.
What really stood out to me was the honesty and fair pricing. I never felt pressured or overcharged, which is hard to find with heating and cooling companies these days. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work and responsiveness provided.
I’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future AC or HVAC issues.
