- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic/Service Charge will be waived with paid repair. Military Discount Senior Discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. When you reach out, we ask a few questions about your system and schedule a convenient appointment time. At the visit, we perform a thorough inspection or diagnosis and document the system with photos and performance readings so you can clearly see what we’re seeing. We then explain our findings in simple terms and provide upfront pricing and options before any work begins — no surprises. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, test the system to verify proper operation, and provide a digital report with pictures and system readings for your records. Our goal is simple: honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and reliable comfort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 15 years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential service, installation, and system diagnostics. We are licensed by the State of Texas (TACLB154221E) and trained in proper installation procedures, electrical diagnostics, airflow design, and refrigerant handling. We stay up to date with manufacturer training — including inverter-driven and high-efficiency systems — as well as current code requirements and safety standards. Ongoing education and field experience allow us to properly size, diagnose, and install systems the right way — not just replace parts. At Loredo A/C & Heating Services, we believe education, experience, and integrity go hand in hand.
