Jim is very thorough and knowledgeable about family and military law. He does research into the issues and won't take your case unless he can help. He won my Former Spouse Benefits case after my entitlements were wrongfully denied. He works tirelessly to make sure he explains your ongoing legal case. In fact, because he devoted time to get to know my case, I asked him to represent me again. I communicate with him via MyCase and I can download documents whenever I need them. I am more than satisfied with his representation. I recommend him to my friends, family, and clients. The only thing I would change is being able to hire him sooner. He is a passionate professional that cares about practicing law with integrity.

I was deeply saddened with my final experience with Jim, having been a client of two years. In the end we did not have a full hearing. He did not present evidence, cross examine, and I had to represent myself in presiding court!? I asked several times for changes to the case and was ignored or denied. I was stripped of my joint managing conservatorship rights by the judge. I guess would have been better off pro-se?

This past year of my life has been a 180. I did not know at the beginning of it that I would be faced with a divorce and suddenly have no means to support my family. James got me through. He listened to me and helped me. He ensured that my children and I would remain on our feet while adjusting to our new life. We were up against a very irrational person and he handled it with grace. He helped me when I thought I could not go on. He truly cares for his clients well being.
