- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conference where you give me the background and facts of your case. I will explain the process and answer any questions you may have. There will be no charge. I’ll then send you a questionnaire and employment agreement to complete, along with a link to pay the retainer or flat fee. Once you send those back, I will review and follow up by phone or email with questions if necessary. Depending on the complexity of the matter, I may ask you to come in for an office visit, which is also complimentary.

I worked as a legal assistant for 2 years before going to law school at St. Mary's University, and then for four years during law school.
