I typically charge a flat fee for criminal cases. Family law cases can be fixed or billed hourly, depending on the needs of the individual client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to meet with them and try to determine the best way to address all of their needs, even those they may have never even considered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All lawyers are required to take at least 15 hours of continuing legal education every year. I have been licensed for 13 years, and have practiced primarily in criminal and family law,
