I usually will do discounts throughout the year, like minis or just announcements. My pricing will go up and I believe in quality over everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the biggest key I will triple check everything and maybe one more time. Start with a phone or zoom consultation and decide if we are the right fit for each other and move on from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college and built up knowledge over the years in my field. Experience and knowledge basically always growing and learning everyday.
