- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Salon De Bella, we appreciate our regular customers by offering discounts for coming on a monthly basis. We offer seasonal discounts and we do have a $25 cancellation fee for cancelling same day, which is pretty reasonable in comparison to other cancellation policies in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do have them wash their hands first. I have my new customers fill an intake form and consult with them their concerns and discuss any health issues and protocol of the service to be rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Deep tissue, Swedish massage, prenatal, reflexology, Myofascial release, isotonic/isometric stretching, sports massage, lymphatic drainage.
