- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each potential customer is treated on an individual basis. A thorough discussion where we talk about your needs and goals is essential to my process. It is not about me but about my customer and serving his or her individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a founding partner of the John Maxwell Team and currently serve on the John Maxwell President's Advisory Council. I am certified as a business coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches as well as being certified as a Human Behavioral Specialist, Levels 1 & 2. I am also certified in Reclaim the Brilliance and Empowerment Mentoring. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Ministry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of customers: direct sales consultants and companies, corporate and executive leadership teams, individuals and teams seeking individual and group coaching, manufacturing and automotive industry leaders, government entities and entrepreneurs.
