Excellent trainer! I have had several throughout my moves all over California and Texas and Victoria is one of the best. I have issues with my lower back/hip and between several doctors and Victoria, I am building up strength with the help of all of them. I relay messages from my drs and Victoria adapts my workouts as needed. She is always on time and always texts a reminder the night before as well as an ETA before appointments. I appreciate how well organized she is. On top of everything, she sends motivational quotes, recipes and information as she finds it fitting. The monthly weigh ins are also a huge help. Her van full of exercise equipment is vast and is sure to suit any age and level of fitness. She’s kind hearted but tough and is always extremely positive which is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Victoria!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The sessions are 45 minutes. 3 times or more a week is $30 per session 2 times a week is $35 per session 1 time a week is $ 40 per session. With added nutrition help: it will be only $10 extra per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session would be more of an assessment to see where there fitness level is at and what there fitness goals are. Also to talk to them about any injuries or health problems that they have had. After this session, will I then make the perfect workout routine for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ISSA certified Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition.
