After a recent storm left my roof badly damaged, I reached out to Chesapeake Roofingand Im so glad I did. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. I want to give a special thanks to Project Manager Moses Perez, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process.Moses made everything seamless. He clearly explained each step, worked directly with my insurance company, and made sure the crew stayed on schedule. His attention to detail and communication gave me total peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful situation.The work itself is top-notchmy new roof looks fantastic, and I can already feel the difference in insulation and protection. Im truly grateful for the quality of service and craftsmanship.Thank you again to Chesapeake Roofing and especially to Moses Perez for turning a tough situation into a smooth, successful project. In the Month of July, I hired Chesapeake Roofing to install a new roof, on both the Our House and storage shed. We had Heavy Hail Damage on our main House as well as our Storage shed. Chesapeake quoted me a Price and approximate time frame that the Job could be done. They were even Nice enough to show me different colored roof material that I might also want to go with. We chose a Green.The crew that was used to do this work was on time, courteous to our needs. Always communicated any damages that were found while doing the job that was beyond the scope. Both Joshua Cortez and Jeremiah Godsey were very professional and Very Knowledgeable in what was communicated to both me and my wife. I was very impressed with the crew never leaving the job with out cleaning up and making sure that all tools and ladders were put away.The Contractor did an Excellent Job with the New Roof that was installed, TOP QUALITY Job!! As well as the Storage shed that was added on to the Scope of the Job came out very nice. Overall, the workmanship was Very Professionally done, the materials used were Top Quality, and the Price was right on target.After the Job was complete, the crew took the time to go over all the work as well as clean up all the debris that was in the yard.I was also impressed with the representation from Chesapeake Roofing showing up every day to make sure things were going well.Overall, the Job went well and smooth so that I had nothing to worry about the whole job, from the very beginning to the very end.
