About
Hello, my name is Michael San Miguel. I’m a roofer with over 27 years of experience, and I stand behind my work with a 5-year warranty on all roof repairs. Every job is done by me and my son — we never use subcontractors — so you always know exactly who is on your property and who is responsible for the results.
Our focus is on quality repairs you can rely on, delivered with honest communication and respect for your home. In addition to roofing repairs, we also handle carpentry work.
If you’d like a straightforward assessment and a repair that’s done right the first time, we’d be happy to help.

They were quick to answer my call and came out to provide a quote the very same day. It also didn’t take long for them to begin the actual work. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, respectful, and timely. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and everything turned out perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future!
