FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple, predictable, and based primarily on how much space your items occupy in our trailer. The quoted price includes labor, loading, cleanup, standard disposal, and dump fees. We do not add surprise labor charges after arriving. We provide estimates from photos whenever possible and confirm the final price before starting. Items requiring special disposal, unusually heavy materials, or circumstances outside the original job description will always be discussed upfront. We also offer qualifying savings for flexible scheduling, first-time large cleanouts, and select light-demolition projects. Only one promotional offer may be applied per job, and eligibility is confirmed before service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and straightforward. First, we ask for a description and photos of the items so we can understand the volume, access, and type of material being removed. We then provide a clear estimate and confirm what is included before scheduling. Before arrival, we communicate our expected timing. Once on-site, we review the items with the customer and confirm the final price before beginning—no surprise labor add-ons afterward. Our pricing includes labor, loading, cleanup, standard disposal, and dump fees. We then handle the lifting, loading, necessary disassembly, and cleanup. Before leaving, we walk through the completed area with the customer to ensure everything requested was removed and the space was left clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from more than 10 years of owning and operating a personal training gym, where I developed extensive experience with safe lifting techniques, proper body mechanics, organization, discipline, and efficient physical work. I also grew up around the construction industry through my father’s construction company, which gave me hands-on exposure to job sites, tools, material handling, property care, and light demolition. Together, these experiences allow me to approach junk removal safely, efficiently, and with respect for each customer’s home or business.
