Great work by Josh. He was very open, straight forward and honest about the job and expected results, and then went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final work. His manager Nathan also came out just before starting the work to personally assess the area and answer some hard questions and helped educate me without pressure, about recommended repairs. Josh also communicated very well and showed up when he said, which is a rare thing with contractors these days. Thank you!
