Wills, Power of Attorney Documents are generally prepared as follows: 1) Telephone conversation - to make sure our firm fits your needs 2) Planning Meeting - where we go over all aspects of your case from start to finish. 3) Follow up telephone conversations and e-mails - to follow up on any specific facts we need. 4) Draft documents delivered for your review. 5) Documents Signed! (We then scan and package those documents) 6) Documents Delivered

Graduated Baylor Law School which is currently ranked No. 51 in the Country. Practiced extensively in Bexar County Probate Courts including complex probate and guardianship litigation. Six years experience customizing simple to complex plans for Clients.
