FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients first. For example, if it's a bride to be, I ask how her and her fiance met and their story. I ask my new customer what photos they are wanting and looking for, how long they would need my service and for which date. I'll refer them to my gallery on my website of some of my past work. If they are interested I'll send them a quote based on what they told me. If they agree and we're both in agreement with the numbers and service I'll provide, I'll send an agreement followed by payment. The process is simple and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been taking photos for 4 years and video for 2. I would take photos at my job to use for social media using a high quality camera. When it comes to weddings, I have 4 years of being in the wedding industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I work at a wedding venue and would take photos, using my camera, of events such as hall setup and decor. I'd post the photos on social media and got a lot of positive feedback. I did a small engagement session with a young couple and I never looked back since!
