If you’re looking for an HONEST AC company, stop scrolling and call Kinship Air Conditioning.
Seriously. That alone should be enough—but let me explain why.
When my AC compressor went out, I called multiple companies. The big-name companies? One quoted me $14,000 for a full system replacement—yes, $14,000! Another came in at $6,000. It felt like they were more interested in draining my wallet than fixing the problem.
Then I found Kinship on Thumbtack. Their reviews were great, so I decided to give them a shot. Colton showed up and immediately tried to diagnose a simple solution first—something that would’ve only cost $250. Right then, I knew I was in good hands. Their first instinct wasn’t to upsell—it was to save me money.
Ultimately, the issue was the compressor. Colton called his boss, got the estimate, and guess what? $2,350. That’s it. And as if that wasn’t enough, Colton even offered to loan me a portable AC unit until the repair could be completed.
