The Kinship team was great to work with and was very professional. They were able to arrive on the same day I made the request in Thumbtack and was able to check my AC units thoroughly. They even scheduled me for future appointments to complete some of the maintenance activities that could not be performed because of the cold weather we're still experiencing in Austin. Overall, very pleased.

Oscar did an incredible job repairing our air conditioning unit. The unit was leaking which required prompt attention and he was able to come see us the same day. He called me to give me status updates throughout which gave us peace of mind. I will definitely be using Oscar and Kinship in the future!
