    I was very pleased with the work James did last year. He did an excellent job recovering valued data from a damaged hard drive & transferred it to a new external hard drive & it only took a few days. He not only recovered all the data I needed, but took the time to show me how to transfer everything to my new computer from the new hard drive. He has also taken the time to check periodically to make sure everything is working fine or if I have any other questions. He does a great job & cares for his clients. I highly recommend James!

    In the several years that James has hosted my two web sites, I've found him to be very reliable and helpful. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education includes an Associate of Applied Science: Information Systems Management, Bachelor of Science: Computer Science, and currently seeking Master of Science: Management and Leadership. I was a systems analyst, database manager, and network security administrator in the US Air Force, and worked for the following technology companies: Texas Instruments, Acer, Grande, 2Wire and Pace. I have almost 30 years experience in the field.

My standard hourly rate is $70; however, after reviewing the project requirements a more specific rate may be proposed.
