- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
half hour -$35 hour - $65 hour hour & a half - $95 two hours - $135 I also now offer a Massage Membership for those that want to come in regularly. Also we offer online Gift Certificates and online Special Deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes in I have an intake form for them to fill out to gauge where they are at and where they want to be. After the new client fills it out, I then look over it and ask questions and make sure we are on the same page as to what the treatment for that days session will be. Then I ask if the new client has any questions or concerns. After addressing each of them I then will leave the room for the new client to undress and get on the massage table. After 2 minutes I knock before I come back in to make sure that they are ready. I check with them to make sure they are comfortable in position and in temperature of the room before I start the massage. After the massage is over I let them know we are done for today and that I will be leaving the room so they can get up and dress. After they open the door I come back in and talk to them about how they are feeling and answer any questions that may have come up. I then give them a chance to re-book another massage and cash them out. I then change the sheets on the table to be ready for my next client and walk to the front to get the next person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Massage school in 2001 and became licensed and registered with the state of Texas as a Massage Therapist in early 2002. Since then I have enjoyed taking my CEU classes each year and I take additional classes then needed on a regular basis to better help my regular clients and because I enjoy learning. I Yes, and I consistently am looking to learn more to be able to help others better.
