We recently hired Parker Consulting Services, LLC to replace our roof and siding, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, prompt, and very skilled. Communication was clear throughout the project Colby (the owner) kept us informed of timelines, answered all our questions, and made sure every detail was done right. He always went the extra mile and that meant a lot to us.The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our house looks completely refreshed, and weve already received several compliments from neighbors. I hear it all the time I live in San Antonio, I dont need gutters because it doesnt rain enough. After seeing the erosion lines all around my foundation it became apparent that gutters were definitely a good idea to help divert all the rain water away from the foundation. We luckily met Colby while he was doing another general contracting job, and asked him if he knew anyone that did gutter work. He mentioned that he could take care of the gutters, and immediately made an appointment to come out to measure to see first hand the roofline and any unique items to consider. Colby sent a text letting us know he was on the way, and would be arriving a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time. We walked the house together and he explained everything, discussed the different options available, and made recommendations based on our aesthetic preferences and budget. He discussed all the pros and cons of 5 versus 6 seamless gutters and showed all the various colors available.After finalizing all the details, the installation was set up for just a few days later. On the day of install, the crew arrived on-time, confirmed the scope of work with us and got busy to work making the seamless gutters on site. All corners and downspout openings were properly sealed and splash guards installed in key areas. A few short hours later, the entire installation was complete. Courteous and professional throughout the entire installation, the lead installer even took the time at the end to walk around the house with us, and point out all the areas explaining again how everything should work and to ensure we were satisfied with their work. This company goes above and beyond, and even runs water all around the home to ensure no leaks, and no unwanted surprises when it does rain! We were so surprised, when Colby even came out after their departure, for an additional quality control check and to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their work - now THAT is customer service! I never imagined all of the options to choose from, but the size and color are absolutely perfect! Overall, this was an amazingly simple, professional, and affordable installation. My only regret is that it took so long to find such an ethical company and get this work completed. We will be giving Colby the first call for any additional projects we need completed in the future, and you should too!
