FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a hard question to answer, but i do have some flat rates for certain projects. I can tell you this; i believe in giving my customers a fair price, I also go above and behind on all projects, so its not uncommon for me to toss in a few free extras to make the job something we both walk away feeling please with. I dont just do this for the money; I've found a since of pride in my work is just as important.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I run a straight forward business, I quote a price, customer accepts, picks date and time, and I do the work to your satisfaction. I am not one to try to up-sale you, I dont like when folks do that to me, so i do dont do that to others. I do what the customer requests. I accept cash, check, paypal and credit cards
