I WISH Thumbtack allowed me to pick more than 5 stars and 3 qualities for them! I made this appointment last minute for my in-laws on the way to San Antonio. Believe me, I know I lucked out getting an HVAC company to come out with less than 24 hrs notice for a non-emergency. Brody was very thorough with his inspection of the air ducts, advised of what was needed to help get the rooms cooler, and recommended the seasonal unit check-up (without being high pressure sales). Thank you Team Rise for showing up, being honest, and keeping us cool!

Had a good experience.. There was a leak near the HVAC unit.. Brody quickly found the drain pipe was clogged and fixed the issue.. Also ran a full diagnostic and told the unit is working well and recommended to change the filter immediately..

I messaged Rise Service Company as I had not heard back from a different company and they responded within 20 minutes. They provided options for service window within the next 6 hours. Devon showed up promptly to our scheduled service window to check our HVAC/AC unit which was not cooling. He gave us a detailed description of what to expect for our service window. Explained detail by detail with photos of what was contributing to our problems with our HVAC/AC unit. He quickly provided options to solve our issues within our cost range. To see the available options with his honest assessment put us at ease. He communicated quickly with his supervisors to ensure we had the best available options and cost. Even before he left, he placed new parts to get the house cooling and support us before replacing our unit. I HIGHLY recommend Rise Service Company. I do not regret finding them and reaching out.

The HVAC wasn’t cooling and a previous company I had called, came and never fixed anything. So I was already frustrated when I looked for new options. I found Rise and decided to try them out because of the amazing reviews they had. And I truly think they exceeded my expectations. They were so responsive in all communication, polite, and were very human about the interaction. I have dealt with other HVAC companies that quickly get very salesy. But the technicians at Rise understood what we needed and talked the options out with me without pushing me to spend more. Ultimately we ended up replacing the HVAC, but that service was also amazing, and they provide great after sales service too. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an HVAC issue and is looking for a reliable company they can trust.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing with no surprise charges. We explain the diagnostic findings, then provide clear options so you can choose what fits your budget and goals. Pricing depends on the type of repair, parts needed, and system size, but we always review costs before any work begins. We also offer service plan options and seasonal specials when available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a convenient time and confirm details before arrival. Next we perform a full diagnostic, explain what we found in plain language, and walk you through your best options. Once you approve the work, we complete the repair or service efficiently and cleanly. Before we leave, we test system performance, answer questions, and share simple steps to help prevent the issue from coming back.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and installation best practices, including refrigerant systems, electrical troubleshooting, airflow balancing, and thermostat controls. We stay current on equipment standards, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines so we can deliver high quality work and dependable results.
