I highly recommend JWilliam for any home improvement and repairs you are in need of. I recently learned of him because he was doing work for my neighbor. I was impressed with quality of work he did for them so I hired him to remodel my bathroom and replace my kitchen floor. I am very happy with the quality of work he did. I will continue to use him for future projects.

William was absolutely perfect. He did more than plumbing. He repaired the walls where the water damaged the drywall, filled it cracks and painted. He did the entire damaged area top to bottom. Such a nice guy with great work ethic. He cleaned up everything, like neither he nor the water damage were there. I’m having him back in September to help with additional work. I would give him 10 stars if I could!!

William did a terrific job, and I absolutely would recommend him without any reservations. Not just because of the high quality of work for a very fair price, but because of the intangibles (i.e. work ethic, professionalism, honesty, and zero upselling that you typically get from the big plumbing companies). I had to reschedule because my faucet came late, I offered to prepay his fee, and William declined. He anticipated that tubing would need to be replaced and brought the necessary replacement parts; no additional charge. He didn't like the way a knob looked, so he ran to Home Depot to get a new one; no charge. He added some accessories to the faucet and cleaned the entire sink with a solution that made it look brand new. He looked at my hot water heater; no charge. William takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. So many little things ( the intangibles) that add up to him being my go-to professional for any future home repairs. I won't be calling any big-name plumbers or home repair companies anytime soon. I even tipped him. When was the last time you tipped your plumber because you felt the service you received was greater in value than what you paid?
