The Jones' came to my home and did all of my floors plus my couch. EVERYTHING CAME OUT FANTASTIC. I have a pitbull and they got rid of the urine smell in my carpet. My bare floors came out GREAT! And they came to me a few hours after I called WHICH IS HUGE FOR ME! No one wants to wait to get their home cleaned especially MUAH! LOL

I'm giving for stars because the kitchen appliances and the carpets look phenomenal. However, I was disappointed to see that the cabinets were not wiped clean of there crumbs. And they took our drip pans which means I already owe the apartment money towards my move out. The carpets looked so good though!

We hired Jones Immediate Cleaning Service to do a deep cleaning of my mom's 1-bedroom apartment near downtown SA. My mom is 75 years old and in great need of deep cleaning of her home and carpet. The carpet looked great afterward, and they got through a coating of thick dust on her shelves, and the blinds and fans. The only reason I held back the last star is that there were some delays (since they forgot to load up their deep carpet cleaning material), and a few cobwebs were left in some corners. That said, I do thank them for accommodating our schedule and returning later that day to do the deep carpet cleaning since my mom was going to get new furniture delivered the next day. Thank you!

Got the work done very quickly. Did a thorough job, and left the house clean inside and out. This is the type of handyman you want. You know he’s going to a great job. I had cheaper quotes for the same job, but I appreciated his honesty and dependability. I’ve been burned before, but I knew he would be worth it, and I was right.

I initially spoke to Vendor about installing a patio door. I explained that my mom had recently passed, her room needed to be cleaned out before the work could start. He told me he and his Wife could help me pack up her things, clean out the room, take me to pick up the French door, install it, and paint the room. It looks beautiful now and I'm extremely pleased!

We always prefer to give an onsite estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start any job we prefer to do an onsite job walkthrough to give you the most accurate estimate. Once the price is agreed upon we select a start date to begin the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have over 15 years experience in the construction and cleaning industries.
