We had a beautiful blue metal roof installed onto our single wide mobile home. Not only was Ricky very honest about the state of the leaky vents but they also fixed the leak and placed new vents in a new location. None of the other quotes we got from other companies included this. I appreciate the honesty, truly. He gave us a 5 year work warranty and did not ask us to pay anything until the job was done. When the time comes, we will definitely be using Schmitts to improve other elements of our home's exterior. Thanks a million Schmitts!

I had a metal roof that was not installed correctly and had quite a few fascia boards that were rotten. Rick and his crew replaced all the rotten fascia boards and fixed the roof as well. It looks great. They are very professional and do quality work. They warranty their work as well.

Rick responded quickly to me when he found out about my roof. He took the time to explain things to me and made me feel at ease. He worked with me throughout the entire process. I have other projects I need to do and I'll be SURE to get a hold of them. The price was fair, the roof looks great, and they were done in a day (save for the cosmetic trim that took about an hour or so the next day). Rick even walked the roof afterwards to make sure everything was as it should. Great company and I'm glad I chose them out of the 3 estimates I took for the roof.

We have had nothing but awesome experiences with these guys! We have had them put siding on and now a new roof next will be windows! Yes I said next because I will only call them from now on! They always are quick to call text or email us to update or answer any questions we may have and best of all they show up and work hard, which means they get done quick and they work to perfection!!!
