my experience with ortega tile was top notch. andrew and his wife carrie are an efficient and personable team. they were compassionate and respectful of my chronic illness and disability. i felt safe and confident that they would follow the protocol of working in my home.
the tile work is just beautiful. andrew worked with precision in placing the tile notably in the crannies and crevices of the staircase and closets. he designed the configuration of the tile on the stairs in unique fashion. they left the house in pristine condition upon completion of the work. additionally, andrew guided me throughout the process, i.e. when purchasing materials. he made sure there was no unnecessary waste when the job was finished.
the true beauty is that the work was completed within my budget and time frame!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually do not give a price until I look at the project because of the many factors that can arise. Many times the project is not ready for me to begin installation. Areas may need additional preparation before a good installation can be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and find out what they’re needing done. I can bring many ideas to the table some of which the customer had not considered. Understanding what the customer wants allows me to deliver a project that we are both proud of.
