When our plan for ceremony at the Justice of the Peace was unexpectedly cancelled, we contacted David to perform our wedding. He is great - very thoughtful, caring, and genuine. What can I say about David. He was an amazing officiant and met all of our needs for our wedding. For any questions we had, he was a phone call, email and text away. He married us under the hot Texas sun and we requested our ceremony to be super quick to get out of the heat (we did our written vows privately) and sure enough he fulfilled our wishes. I definitely recommend David for your wedding services!

I first contacted Cowboy Dave in February and booked him immediately. I just knew he was our kind of officiant. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay as low as possible, yet competitive with my peers. My peers charge travel fees, consultation fees, fees for vows, fees for consultation. We can chat, we can pray, we can negotiate. I will stay as close to $250 as I can. Tips are always welcomed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll introduce myself and my services, check to see if counseling or understanding is needed then explain the ceremony and perform it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Pastoral Counseling with a minor in Theology. I have worked fulltime in ministry up until 10 years ago when I took a secular job to support my family. I am an ordained minister, but volunteer my services mostly these days with prison ministry.
