When selecting people that you want to be part of your wedding, it’s incredibly important that those involved understand their role is not simply to perform a function (which he did perfectly), but also to find and highlight the humanity and love that underpins the nuptials altogether. The reverend was not only punctual, affable, and pleasant to converse with, but also genuinely happy to celebrate YOU as a pair, and with his faith-based background, he is ready to meet you “where you are at” in that journey - whether 0 or 100. I enthusiastically endorse his presence at your future wedding! For you Christians out there, every bit of love and happiness you can gather for your wedding is an important “mustard seed”! Per my wife, he was “so sweet to offer himself, at anytime, to be a listening ear at any stage of our marriage”. The man is truly doing the work of The Lord.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay as low as possible, yet competitive with my peers. My peers charge travel fees, consultation fees, fees for vows, fees for consultation. We can chat, we can pray, we can negotiate. I will stay as close to $200 as I can. Tips are always welcomed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll introduce myself and my services, check to see if counseling or understanding is needed then explain the ceremony and perform it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Pastoral Counseling with a minor in Theology. I have worked fulltime in ministry up until 10 years ago when I took a secular job to support my family. I am an ordained minister, but volunteer my services mostly these days with prison ministry.
