The guys came to the house same day. Fixed the problem and explained some things I might want/need to do in the future, then cleaned up after themselves and departed with some friendly words. Would definitely use them again for fast, friendly, and competent service.

I had a toilet flange that was leaking and Martin came out and had it replaced within 24 hours. Very responsive, friendly and work was excellent.

Called because I had an issue with a shower in my house. Miguel and Jesse were able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired in under an hour. Good price and professional service. Will definitely call them again for any future issues.

I spoke to Miguel of Faro plumbing in the morning the same day as the service about getting my tub drain snaked as I could not reach the clog myself.This was after another plumbing outfit said they would call me in the morning on Monday (never did) after a afternoon call on Friday where their techs were busy already. Which I was fine with. But not following through is uncool. This was an outfit in Denison that I will not name.I explained this to Miguel who originally said the next day for service but than agreed to move stuff around and get me in by 2:00 that same day. Which I appreciated.He then quoted me $285 to snake the tub drain which I hesitated on knowing I had the drain mostly cleared myself with the tub overflow open for them to get right down to business plus I had had a plumber charge me $195 the prior year to snake from the roof vent to my kitchen sink. I said let me speak to my wife. He then lowered the price to $250 which I agreed to since they were coming that day.I got a text stating my appointment was confirmed for between 2 and 2:30 at 10ish that morning. I got another text nearing noon that Martin O. was enroute. Very cool. He showed right at about noon, surveyed the issue and listened to my diagnosis on what the problem was. He retrieved his hand crank snake and snaked the drain through the already open overflow to about the point I had described. He pulled it out.. nothing.. he snaked again and turned the water on it flowed freely through the drain... yay. He pulled out the snake and it had a chunk of hairball on it. Problem solved. Less than 20 minutes.I gave these guys 4 stars although it would be a solid 4.5.They would get "6 Stars" based on customer service alone. Totally professional with the texts on arrival times. When a company recognizes that a potential customer is having issues that have persisted for days and rearranging their schedule to fit you in as soon as possible can be a rarity these days. Totally professional.Do I think they did $250 worth of work in under 20 minutes? Nope.. I would have issues charging that for a job that took less time than originally estimated and may have adjusted for that... that's me. I agreed to that amount and for the excellent service I'm ok with that. But it may affect who I look at for service in the future. Times are tough for all. I know it's a business, people to pay, insurance(s), maintenance, fuel so forth.Appreciate the service guys, not complaining but pointing out.You guys rock.

We completely understand your concern regarding the price. Our pricing is based on the service provided rather than strictly on the amount of time it takes to complete the repair. The $250 price was agreed upon before we began the work and includes getting a trained professional to your home the same day, rearranging our schedule, professional drain-cleaning equipment, insurance, fuel, and the experience required to properly diagnose and clear the blockage.
In this case, we're glad the technician was able to locate the hair blockage and get your tub draining properly in less than 20 minutes. A quick resolution is always our goal, and we never want to make a job take longer simply to justify the price.
