Was a positive experience. Had two issues and he explained both in detail. Made sense to get one fixed on the spot and wait on the other since it’s something I rarely use. He fixed the one problem in five minutes. Felt it was a little pricey for the ease of the issue and how long it took to fix, but the key was diagnosing it and he knew exactly what the issue was and explained it so it was easy to understand. On top of that he was a SUPER nice and kind dude. We chatted while he worked and I’d definitely recommend their services.
