- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing is typically based on photos and videos you send us, which allows us to give an accurate quote upfront before any work begins. We do offer discounts in certain situations, so feel free to ask when you reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to understand your situation and what you need removed. From there, we ask for photos or videos, provide a clear price, and once we agree, we schedule a date that works for you. We show up on time, handle all the lifting and loading, and you don’t have to move a thing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While this industry doesn’t require formal schooling, we bring over six years of hands-on experience. We’ve completed more than 500 residential jobs and have worked with large commercial clients including Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Casey’s Gas Station, Dollar General, and CVS.
