They were responsive and flexible on availability. After planting, I was given pro tips on how to promote the best growth and shaping for the tree type based on tree farm experience. The price for the work was better than the nursery from which I purchased the tree, and giving the expert advice rather than just planting and moving on was something I am sure most others wouldn't do.
