Introduction: First... We specialize in online marketing. We build websites which are integrated with social media, have great SEO and bring you more clients that convert. We don't do hosting, domain sales, print graphics, plumbing, work at another job during the week, or. anything else. We do marketing all day long, every day. Hence, we're really good at it. We're quick, professional, honest and fair. Really. We are a small boutique shop and so we most often work with customers who like that and appreciate that. Many if not all have the same values and attitude that we have and so it's really cool to get to know them, work with them, learn from them and be able to assist them in marketing their business. We stick with are customers over time and develop relationships and so it's really great to watch them succeed and know that our work was instrumental in that success.

Kickstart Media created a really nice website for my business. John went over and above what was expected giving me advice that has helped set my business off in the right direction. I was impressed all the way through the process. He is so talented and completely amazes me. I've had MANY compliments on my website and I give all the credit to John at Kidkstart Media. During the process of the site creation I had many questions that in my opinion were stupid questions.....John always made me feel comfortable enough to keep on asking when I was curious and let me know that no question was stupid. He has a way about him where he can be quite frank but gentle. Like for example when he told me my content was too wordy and that I needed to fix my run on sentences!!!! 😂 lol.....I'm certain he'll grin while reading this because I definitely still have that same problem! I wholeheartedly thank John at Kickstart Media and would use him again and most of ....I recommend him to all who are in need of a professional website builder!!!!

John came up with a responsive design concept for a landing page that the client really liked. He is very good at keeping things simple in terms of the process of working with him. For example, he uses a wordpress framework that is very easy to use when we need to make minor tweaks to the text or images on the website. Also, we were planning to add multiple contact forms to the site and he suggested a simpler, more design-friendly approach where we used a single form but linked back to it from multiple spots on the page.

-I bill at $120hr with a minimum of 30 minutes. -For the majority of projects I will bill at a per project price as agreed upon. -Website projects start at $4,000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer and find out their exact needs. 2. Present a written proposal to the customer for review. 3. Set a date for completion of the work needed. 4. Collect a 50% deposit. 5. Complete the work 6. Get approval from customer. 7. Collect the remainder due. 8. Follow up with additional needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught 10 years ago. I started in web development just as Word Press exploded. From there I learned other marketing skills. I have worked for hundreds of different companies and also consulted for many other marketing companies. I have also taught marketing seminars many times and worked with major companies such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Grainger and Fastenal.
