Daniel E.

Personal Bankruptcy Attorney

Mark and Derek were amazing to work with. They helped me understand the entire process from the initial call through discharge, and always answered my call or email when I had questions. I am very glad I chose their firm to handle my bankruptcy, rather than attempting to do it myself. Thank you Mark and Derek, I truly appreciate your guidance through this process. Thank you, Daniel

Personal Bankruptcy Attorney

It was the cheapest value for Chapter 7, which, if you have the right to apply, is based mostly on your own work. I didn't finish yet so, but I hope my problem to be solved

Working with Mark was amazing. He assured me throughout the process that we should not have any issues with the filing. Mark promptly answered all of my questions and always returned my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I experienced a slight hiccup after the discharge and he directed me through it and now everything has been taken care of. I am so relieved and I am beyond pleased that I chose the firm.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices vary depending on the complexity of the case. However, cases that we consider "simple" are typically priced below our competitors.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most of our initial review is done over the phone. With busy schedules for both myself and the customer, it is typically easier to conduct a one-on-one consultation over the phone. Once we've passed that hurdle, we either move forward with document submission electronically or in person. When the client's paperwork is ready, we conduct a thorough review and explanation with the client in our office to make sure the information is precise prior to filing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We've been practicing bankruptcy law for the past 10 years. Our experience in this field is vast, as we have represented debtors in chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies. Prosser also spent a substantial portion of his first 5 years of bankruptcy practice representing chapter 7 trustees in liquidating assets of a debtor's bankruptcy estate. That experience has given us the perspective of being able to analyze a client's case not only from their perspective, but also how it will be viewed by the trustee to whom their case is presented to.
