- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our friends, family, neighbors, and eventual customers decided that for us. We have the passion for BBQ, and both of us left the corporate world for full time catering.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure your caterer is Food Safety Certified. There are too many "driveway caterers" out there looking to make a fast dollar. You should always consider their previous training and amount of energy your food service provider has invested in their business before trusting them with your health, or your friend's health. We are both Food Manager Certified, and fully insured. This is our business, not a weekend hobby.
