Hired on Thumbtack
It took three days for a response after submitting my information through Thumbtack. She did take the time to come out to my home to measure and help pick out fabric for my windows. I received a quote but had more questions before finalizing payment. She kept saying she would reach out to answer my questions before moving forward but has yet to contact me. I reached out all week and was told she’d “fit me in” between clients. I’m obviously not that important to take 5 min to call and answer a few questions. Very unprofessional and I truly wanted to work with her and hoping to give her more work in the future.
