At Cypress Millworks & Design we have spent a lifetime doing one thing and doing it very well. As the world becomes more automated, skilled tradesman are becoming more and more rare. Many of the skills I learned as an apprentice are all but forgotten and are no longer taught. Having a skillset that was aquirred over a liftime, along with a heartfelt passion for what we do makes us stand out and it shows in our finished project.

I could not be happier with the work done by Rob and his team. I contracted Cypress Millworks to build two 4'x7' built-in book shelves in my living room, including installation. The units turned out exactly how I wanted, the highest quality. Not only that, their service is everything a home owner hopes for - timely response times, transparency in costs and materials, trustworthy, flexible schedule and they took time to clarify and understand my needs for this design to truly create a custom, tailored piece. Also, surprisingly affordable considering the quality of work! Many thanks to Rob and his team.

Rob Colvard and his crew did a super job. They installed new doors on my 30 year old kitchen cabinets and drawers and redid the pots and pans storage under the cooktop to now consist of large and deep drawers. They were always very professional and did one thing rare in the industry: they cleaned up after each day of working.
