I first reached out to the owner, Kyle, to express an interest in a whole home generator. He was able to give me a cost effective alternative option compared to the big box companies whom have such a high price tag that it's like having another car note. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the following standardized prices for Panels, Generators, and EV installs.
100A - $2850
150A - $3350
200A - $3850
Generator Inlet Install - $675
EV Charger (customer provided charger) - $650
Whole Home Surge Protector - $375
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the time I just need a few pictures, customer's address, and email address to be able to provide a detailed quote.
If the project requires installation of wire further than below or behind the electrical panel, a service call will be required.
Service calls are $75, but will be waived in the event the customer choses my solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree of Electrical Technology from San Jac College.
