1. Contractor bid job for 1 day using total of 3 people. 2. Contractor showed up alone to rake leaves. Left early stating she would be back next day. 3. Contractor not come back next day. Called around 1;00 to say her truck broke down 4. 5 days went by. It rained heavily. She shows back up and sees she now has to bag the leaves because you can not burn them as per her original bid. 5. Contractor works 3 hours and leaves 6. Contractor not come back next day. Is another 2 days and she arrives in a Mustang (car) which can not hold many bags of leaves in the trunk. 7. She works about 3 hours and leaves. Not come back or call 8 I hired another crew to do some other work for me 9. Simon's Clean up service came back the very day these guys were working. She raked and blew leaves (our blower) for about 15 minutes. She left without saying a word. 10. I had to pay extra to get my 3 man crew to finish her job. 11. I am left with about 12-13 big black bags of leaves piled up by my storage building where Simons left them. I would not recommend her to anyone. Suzanne Wheeler-Wallace

Judy was so wonderful. She made sure our move-in was clean and she addressed cleaning concerns I didn't even anticipate. She was also considerate, punctual, professional at all times, and very efficient. added to all of that, Judy came in at her quoted price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50-$150/ room, clean out $100 disposal fee $50-$150/yard clean/ mow Extras by the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thorough explanation of the job to be done as well as price, time it will take, and answer any questions. I take checks and cash and prefer to be paid half when the job is half done, and the other half at the end of the job. This is for my protection as well as the customer's peace of mind.
