I DO NOT RECOMMEND this tree removal service due to lack of communication, customer service, time management, and, most importantly, incomplete service. My appt was scheduled and confirmed a week in advance, and the company arrived two hours late. Did not receive any communication that my appt was behind, and I had to contact the owner. At the time my appt was scheduled, it was discussed that once my tree was cut down and branches removed, a chemical was to be applied to the root to prevent future growth. The worker I spoke with had no clue what I was talking about, and I had to contact the owner once again. I was promised that the service would be complete 3 days later, and another appt was scheduled. Once again, there was no communication on the day of the second appt, and the company did not honor commitment. I contacted the owner and once again promised next day service. The owner failed to show up for completion of the next day service with ZERO communication. It has been over a week, and my service is still incomplete. I want a refund, but honestly, I do not want to deal with this company anymore.

Hi Kellie we apologize for the late communication. Our daughter passed away Thursday and everything is shut down until Wednesday. We are just contacting customers with any open ended work as I stated in the text I sent you we will be getting to the open jobs ion Wednesday. Again we apologize for not getting back with anyone until today.
I’m sorry upon our daughter passing that we did not contact you but I don’t think anyone with any common sense would expect that.
We contacted all open ended customers and with the exception of you not one person had an issue with us shutting our business down for 5 days without reaching out.
I was appalled at your reaction yesterday when we completed your job that by the way only took 3 minutes.
