Extremely pleased with service received today called and technician arrived within 2 hours on the coldest day of the year. Explained in detail the problem and the options for repair of the system. Repairs made and heat back on in 1 1/2hr. Will recommend and call again.Thank you Smithson Valley Services.

Smithson Valley AC did a phenomenal job! Hands-down, I would recommend them to anyone Whether needing a full AC unit replaced for repair parts. Their staff was over the top professional, excellent communication, and more time efficient. They came out yesterday morning 7 AM to give me a quote, and had my new AC unit replaced and installed by 3 PM yesterday afternoon. They work hard To ensure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction and ensure the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction And they are a company that WALKS THE TALK! Thank you For a great job!

Great experience with Smithson Valley! Derek was amazing to work withhe explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and gave us a fantastic deal. The installation crew was just as impressive. They were hardworking, efficient, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process.The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience seamless and enjoyable.
