We selected Andy with Third Eye Construction to build a 16 x 24 shed for us. What we wanted was not out of the ordinary, but we needed very specific features. Andy surpassed our expectations and created the exact structure that we asked for. I was extremely pleased with the detail and quality of his work, and my wife was very pleased with his punctuality and cleanliness. Andy was very good at communicating with us to know when he would be coming and going on the job site. He left the area in order and clean every day. He completed the framing and got the structure dried-in a week even with some weather delays. I would not have guessed that we could hire someone with his skills for such a small job. I was very appreciative of how he was very aware of the structural needs and adjusted our design to ensure that both of us were comfortable with the outcome. Andy’s work was exceptional! His price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. My home builders did a terrible job and left my subfloors with areas that were not secured, however Andy was able to secure the subfloor for a reasonable price.
