Andy rebuilt my second-story deck and it turned out great. The work was clean, straight, and very solid — it actually looks better than I expected, especially since he had to work around some mistakes from the original build. Andy and his crew were dependable, respectful of my property, and easy to work with. Pricing was fair, and the quality shows he really cares about doing things right. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects and would happily recommend him to anyone.

We selected Andy with Third Eye Construction to build a 16 x 24 shed for us. What we wanted was not out of the ordinary, but we needed very specific features. Andy surpassed our expectations and created the exact structure that we asked for. I was extremely pleased with the detail and quality of his work, and my wife was very pleased with his punctuality and cleanliness. Andy was very good at communicating with us to know when he would be coming and going on the job site. He left the area in order and clean every day. He completed the framing and got the structure dried-in a week even with some weather delays. I would not have guessed that we could hire someone with his skills for such a small job. I was very appreciative of how he was very aware of the structural needs and adjusted our design to ensure that both of us were comfortable with the outcome. He quoted the job quickly and at a very fair price. Third Eye will definitely be doing more work for us in the future. We couldn’t be happier with his work. -The Fairleys
