Chad was great! Very quick to respond and was flexible on timing. He found the root of our problem with fire alarms randomly going off, then he stayed and checked out a few more things. Turns out he’s quite the handy man, he can back following week to fix our gate post that was rotten and needed and new post. Will definitely use him for future jobs!
