Joel responded in detail to my multiple item bid and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was able to get all the small projects done on the same day, as I requested. He was prompt, courteous, and helped me understand more things about my hot water heater. He also arranged to come back out within a couple days when one sink still had an issue after his repair. I highly recommend him, and will call him again for other plumbing projects.
