I faced a rodent problem and Critter Control had great communication from beginning to end. From scheduling a consultation to addressing any concerns we had, they responded quickly and efficiently. The results have been great so far, and I appreciate their help.
Jake was very knowledgeable and professional during our estimate. He explained our issues and explained options for repair. Very thorough in examining our problems.

Zach came, assessed the house and gave us a very professional quote. Unfortunately what followed was not to the same standard. However we decided to give 4 stars as they gave us an extra discount for working in healthcare and for trying to be flexible with service dates. Day of the original service, the team was a no-call and no-show. We received zero communication despite a few voicemails and quite a few thumbtack messages. When the team came a few days later, we did have a good experience. When the team came again for the final removal, Joshua was friendly and quick. A little too quick though and we feel like we did not get everything we paid for. The clean up and sanitizer was only done for the attics and none of the actual 3 bedrooms, which is where it truly counts, so we did have to do another final clean up and our own sanitizing. If we have issues again, we would hire them and we would be more vocal in what we expect.

The pro was responsive in coming to give me the quote. The work was done well. The only issue I had was the worker said he was coming the next day with a trap but he never showed up. Zack called to follow and schedule a close out appointment. Zack was very courteous and professional. Justin came out to cleanup the remnants of the critter, spray disinfectant and remove the one way exit. He was very responsible and professional. Zack ‘s and Justin’s professionalism made up for the non-responsiveness and non-delivery of the outside trap.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wildlife situations vary widely depending on the animal type, number of entry points, roofline complexity, and attic condition. Because of this, we provide pricing after a thorough on-site inspection rather than guessing over the phone.
Our work focuses on permanent structural exclusion—not just trapping—so pricing reflects sealing and reinforcing the home to prevent re-entry. We provide clear written estimates with options when appropriate.
We offer:
Preferred pricing for ACH/check payments
Financing options for larger projects
Transparent pricing with no hidden add-ons
We are not typically the lowest quote, but we are focused on doing the job correctly the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact and scheduling
FREE Comprehensive home inspection (roofline, attic, foundation, vents, etc.)
Identification of active and potential entry points
Clear explanation of findings with photos
Written estimate and scope of work
Humane removal + professional sealing/exclusion
Final walkthrough and warranty documentation
Our focus is identifying how animals are getting in and correcting it structurally—not just removing what’s inside.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team operates under Texas wildlife control regulations and maintains the appropriate state licensing and insurance required for wildlife removal and exclusion work.
Technicians are trained in:
Structural exclusion methods
Animal behavior and entry patterns
Ladder safety and roofline work
Attic sanitation protocols
Humane trapping standards
We continuously refine our processes based on real-world field experience across thousands of Texas homes.
